前言 2021 年初,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《建设高标准市场体系行动方 案》,提出提高保险资金的权益投资比例,研究完善保险机构投资私募理财产 品、私募股权基金、创业投资基金、政府出资产业投资基金和债转股的相关政 策。2021 年 11 月 26 日,原中国银行保险监督管理委员会(下称“原银保监 会”,已撤销,现为国家金融监督管理总局)发布《关于银行业保险业支持高 水平科技自立自强的指导意见》,支持保险机构等出资创业投资基金、政府产 业投资基金等。2021 年 12 月 17 日,原银保监会发布《中国银保监会关于修改 保险资金运用领域部分规范性文件的通知》(银保监发[2021]47 号,下称“47 号文”),不仅取消了此前保险资金[1]投资创业投资基金单只基金募集规模不 得超过 5 亿元的限制,还允许保险资金投资由非保险类金融机构实际控制的股 权投资基金,并支持保险机构加强与专业股权投资机构合作,丰富创业企业长 期资金来源。该规定对保险业和私募基金行业而言,无疑是重磅利好。 事实上,我国保险机构进行股权投资的历史并不长,在 2010 年以前,保险资金...

This study aims to investigate the synergistic antimicrobial activity of four phytoalexins in combination with fluoroquinolones against Ureaplasma spp. a genus of cell wall-free bacteria that are intrinsically resistant to many available antibiotics making treatment inherently difficult. Methodology. A total of 22 958 urogenital tract specimens were assessed for Ureaplasma spp. identification and antimicrobial susceptibility.
