1. IntroductionUncertainty is widespread in real life [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9]. Based on fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy set theory describes objects that are uncertain, fuzzy or incomplete [1]. In traditional mathematics, an element belongs to a set, whereas in fuzzy set theory, an element can belong to more than one set, and its degree of membership is expressed as a real number between 0 and 1.

Dear Editor,The CRISPR-Cas9 system stands as a potent genome-editing tool deployed across various organisms1. Within this system, a guide RNA (gRNA) collaborates with a Cas9 nuclease, forming a complex wherein the gRNA specifies the target site, and the Cas9 executes DNA cleavage2. Additionally, base editors have been developed by coupling a nickase form of Cas9 nuclease (Cas9n) with a deaminase, enabling base alterations at the target sites3.
