PCNSV With Spinal Cord Involvement: A 40-Year Single-Center StudySalvarani et al report the largest study of primary central nervous system vasculitis involving the spinal cord carried over 40 years. Diagnosis of primary central nervous system vasculitis was confirmed either by biopsy, imaging, or angiography, and all cases with spinal cord involvement had biopsy-proven diagnosis. Differences were compared with primary central nervous system vasculitis cases without spinal cord involvement.
