BBC Radio Surrey

BBC Surrey is the local radio service provided by the BBC for the English county of Surrey, as well as parts of North-East Hampshire and the northern areas of West Sussex, including places like Crawley, East Grinstead, and Gatwick Airport. It was launched on November 14, 1991, initially called BBC Radio Surrey. Later, it became part of BBC Southern Counties Radio and officially changed its name to BBC Surrey on March 30, 2009.
