Peter Cowling was reported missing last Friday (May 2) in a public appeal from police to help trace him. The 'essential works' on the M40 at junction 10 have been ongoing since August 2024 and are expected to be completed this summer. The works will result in the the southbound exit slip road being widened into three lanes as it approaches the A43 Padbury roundabout.
