    At a court hearing Thursday, prosecutors formally filed 118 charges against Mohamed Soliman, the suspect in Sunday’s antisemitic attack on Pearl Street. The charges include 14 counts of attempted first-degree murder — one for intent and one for extreme indifference for each victim — along with first- and third-degree assault, use and attempted use of incendiary devices, animal cruelty and multiple crime-of-violence designations required under Colorado law.

    The Boulder County District Attorney’s Office will formally file state charges — including attempted first-degree murder — on Thursday, June 5, against Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the suspect in the June 1 terror attack on Pearl Street, according to a news release. The hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at the Boulder County Jail courtroom and will be livestreamed on the Colorado Judicial Branch’s Case of Interest page.
