WWTI-TV (Watertown, NY)

WWTI is the ABC-affiliated TV station serving the North Country region of Upstate New York. Based in Watertown, it transmits a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 21, which viewers can also access as virtual channel 50.1 through PSIP. The station’s transmitter is located on Hayes Road in Copenhagen, a village within Denmark. For those using Time Warner Cable, WWTI can be found on channel 5 and in high definition on digital channel 889. WWTI is owned by the Nexstar Broadcasting Group and operates its studios out of Stateway Plaza, which has an Arsenal Street/NY 3 mailing address in Watertown. The station features a variety of syndicated shows, including popular titles like The Big Bang Theory, Dr. Phil, Judge Judy, and The Doctors.
