It is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and acts as the flagship station for the Global Television Network, which is owned by Corus Entertainment. The station's main studio is situated at 81 Barber Greene Road in the Don Mills area of central Toronto, with extra studio space located at 121 Bloor Street East in downtown Toronto. The transmitter for CIII is positioned at the top of the iconic CN Tower in downtown Toronto.
