CJGX, also known as GX94, is an AM radio station based in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. It operates on a frequency of 940 AM, broadcasting with 50,000 watts during the day and 10,000 watts at night. Notably, it is the only full-power Canadian station on the 940 AM frequency. The station features a country music format. Its sister station is CFGW-FM, and both are located at 120 Smith Street East.

    Swan River RCMP are investigating a fatal single vehicle rollover. Shortly after 9 o'clock Sunday morning, Mounties received a report of a rollover that occurred on River Avenue in Bowsman. The female driver was ejected and was taken to hospital in critical condition, while two other women were treated and released from hospital with minor injuries. The 36-year old Swan River woman driving the vehicle, died from her injuries on Tuesday.

    A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder, after a death on the reserve. 33-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to next Wednesday. Last April, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man. 32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.

    On April 1, Humboldt RCMP received a report of an armed robbery on Highway 5. They say a man allegedly stole a vehicle from a another man, who was pulled over on the side of the road. The suspect was eventually arrested near Watrous. 30-year-old Brandon Burns was in Saskatoon Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he had his matters adjourned to April 29 for a bail hearing.
