SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — A 61-year-old Shippenville man was cited for failing to stop at a red light following a crash that occurred Sunday evening at the intersection of Main Street and North School Street, according to Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion. Police said the crash happened around 5:52 p.m. on June 1 when Donald J. Ceranski was traveling west on Main Street in a 2017 Dodge Caravan and failed to stop at a steady red signal.

(EYT) – A Summerville man is facing felony strangulation and assault charges after he allegedly choked a woman during a domestic dispute last week, according to court documents and a criminal complaint filed by state police.
