Gujarat Samachar

Gujarat Samachar is a daily newspaper published in the Gujarati language in India. The main office is located in Ahmedabad, and it also has a branch in Surat. The newspaper distributes its editions in several cities, including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Mumbai, Mehsana, Bhuj, and even New York City. It was established in 1932 and was taken over by Shantilal Shah (1920-c.1984) in 1952. The first edition hit the stands on January 16, 1932.
