Ink Stick Media
At Inkstick – a nod to military slang for a simple black pen – we hold the view that while the pen is powerful, the individual wielding it is even more so. We have a passion for foreign policy, but we prefer to discuss it in a relaxed setting, maybe over a beer, rather than in a formal environment. We're exhausted by the overly complex jargon and the same old phrases that dominate discussions. It often feels like the current national security and foreign policy media is produced by and for a narrow group, using a monotonous tone. Inkstick aims to make foreign policy accessible to everyone. In straightforward terms, we simplify the news that matters to you, cutting through the noise. When it’s essential, we explore more deeply, highlighting the individuals behind the policies and sharing their unique stories. We’re not shy about expressing ourselves, whether that means sharing a laugh, shedding a tear, or suggesting a twist on your favorite recipe. And when we do meet for that beer, we’d love to chat about our kids, our favorite bands, or anything that reminds us that we’re all real people. Don’t worry, we’ll eventually steer the conversation back to the issues at hand. We just believe there’s no need to put on a tough front. After all, we’ve got the heavy artillery covered.

Once the fighting ended, Pakistan said that Indian attacks had killed at least 51 people, including 40 civilians.

Now the US wants to deport him using a deep-cut statute in the immigration act that gives the Secretary of State sweeping powers to decide who could have “adverse” foreign policy impacts on the United States.
