    LAURINBURG — A Fayetteville man has been arrested and faces charges in connection with a robbery that occurred on Saturday. According to the Laurinburg Police Department, William Baker, 41, of Fayetteville, was arrested and charged with common law robbery, breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. Police say a resident of Aberdeen Road reported to LPD that a Black male punched him and took the keys to his 2005 BMW.
