Jack’s Creek claimed three titles, including the top prize of World’s Best Steak, for its cross breed Wagyu sirloin. The longtime family-run operation in New South Wales cross-bred Black Angus with Tahima Wagyu, from the Hyogo Prefecture in Japan, which the ranch then built into a proprietary brand. This year’s win extends the Jack’s Creek winnng streak.
