Winter is a great time to go through all the gear and decide what stays and what needs to go. Our team at Photography Life decided to run a garage sale of all the items that should go to trusty hands at great prices! Below is a list of all items that need to go. As I was going through the pains of reducing my photo storage, it was a fun experience to go back to my early work and see if there was anything worth keeping. IntroductionThe Nikon Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR is a budget wide-angle zoom for Nikon DX mirrorless cameras. It’s ultralight and inexpensive, weighing just 205 grams (0.45 pounds) and costing $360. This is also Nikon’s first Z lens with a power zooming mechanism, meaning that the zoom ring is not mechanically coupled to anything, similar to a focus-by-wire system.

IntroductionThis review explains everything you need to know about the Nikon Z 50mm f/1.2 S, a high-end prime lens with an extremely bright maximum aperture. Released in 2020, it was Nikon’s first ever full-frame f/1.2 lens with autofocus capabilities. Although largely geared toward portrait and wedding photographers, it also aims to be the pinnacle of Nikon’s lineup for anyone who loves the classic focal length of 50mm.
