Preheat oven to 400F / 200C and line a baking sheet with parchment. Add all the pesto ingredients to a small blender and blitz until smooth. Adjust seasoning and lemon juice to taste. Option to add a touch more olive oil if you like it runnier. Add tenders to a bowl and toss with ¼ - ⅓ cup of pesto to taste. Wrap each tender in parma ham and place on baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the parma ham crispy.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to a non-stick frying pan and sauté the onions for 3 - 4 minutes until soft. Add the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add ground beef and pork to a bowl with the cooked onion as well as all other the ingredients (egg, parsley, , tomato puree, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper.) Mix with clean hands until well combined. Rub your hands with olive oil. Roll the mixture into 24 meatballs and place on a parchment lined baking tray or oiled air fryer basket.

Combine softened butter, red onion, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, chili flakes, and chives in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions, about 3 ounces each. Use a kitchen scale for accuracy. Shape each portion into a thin patty. Season both sides of each patty with salt and black pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add bread and melted butter to baking sheet and toss to combine. Broil for 6 mins turning once until golden brown. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add the deli corned beef and cook on a medium heat for 6 minutes until slightly crisp. Add the cabbage, carrot, spring onions and cook for 3 more minutes until softened. Stir in the sauerkraut, caraway, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.

Add the psyllium husk powder and ½ cup lukewarm water to a small bowl and stir to combine. Mix the yeast with the remaining ¼ cup of water and sugar and allow to rest for 10 minutes to activate the yeast. It will start to bubble when it’s ready. Add the dry ingredients (flour, tapioca starch and salt) to a mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl. Stir and then add the activated yeast mix, psyllium mix, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
