The Chronicle of Philanthropy is a newspaper that focuses on the nonprofit sector. Established in 1988 by editor Phil Semas and managing editor Stacy Palmer, it is operated by The Chronicle of Higher Education Inc., which also produces The Chronicle of Higher Education, a weekly newspaper that reports on colleges and universities.
