    Highland Park -- Firefighters extinguished a fire this morning in a laundromat in the 6600 block of Figueroa Street. It took about 20 minutes to knock down the blaze, which was reported at 7:25 am, according to the L.A. Fire Department. "Crews on the roof and the interior worked in coordination to extinguish all flames and ensure there were no victims," said an LAFD Alert. No injuries were reported, and the fire's cause was not immediately known.
