Officers responded to a battery at an undisclosed Lady Lake residence around 9:55 a.m. Sunday, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. Upon arrival, they met the female victim inside and 40-year-old Steven James Fox with his son outside. Fox advised that the argument was only verbal and stemmed from a dispute over household chores.
