Spanning the entire region, The Voice serves as a central platform for communities in Cornwall. We publish eight print editions covering Newquay, St Austell, Truro, Bodmin (including the Camel Valley, Wadebridge, and Padstow), Saltash (and the Tamar Valley), Liskeard (and Looe), Penzance (and West Cornwall, featuring Hayle and St Ives), and Heartlands (which includes Camborne, Redruth, and Pool). Additionally, we maintain an active presence online and on social media. We warmly invite contributions from various sources, including individuals, organizations, councils, schools, Women's Institutes, and sports clubs. These contributions find a place in both our print editions and our online platform.

Cornwall councillors have voted against an application for a solar farm on 25.5 hectares of land at Menear Farm which they heard would have been seen from across St Austell Bay and would have led to the loss of green fields.

A site plan of the new housing approved for Connor Downs, near Hayle. (LDRS)A Cornwall Council planning committee has approved plans by the council’s own offshoot company Treveth to build 40 new homes despite concerns about the amount of affordable properties. The application sought approval for design, layout and scale following outline approval in 2023 on 1.37 hectares of undeveloped land off Angarrack Lane at the southern edge of Connor Downs, between Camborne and Hayle.
