    Logan County law enforcement agencies worked together Tuesday evening to arrest Austin Clem, 18, of Bellefontaine. Shorlty after 8:00 PM,  officers were asked by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office to be on the lookout for Clem who was wanted in connection with an active criminal investigation. Officers found located Clem’s vehicle outside an apartment complex on Lincoln Boulevard in Russells Point.
