HONESDALE, WAYNE CO. (WOLF) — Parts of Honesdale in Wayne County dealt with flash flooding Tuesday evening, which resulted in certain areas to be closed to traffic. Some of the affected areas included the intersection of 4th and Main Street, Terrace and Vine Streets, and Erie Street where a creek has flooded the roadway. Drivers have been asked to find alternate routes this evening. The 5th Street walking bridge is also experiencing some water runoff.

SULLIVAN TOWNSHIP, TIOGA CO. (WOLF) — A man and a juvenile are dead after a crash in Tioga County Tuesday afternoon. Pennsylvania State Police say a Towanda Area School District vehicle driven by Ronald Wickwire, 66, was headed east on Route 6. PSP said Wickwire entered into the westbound lane for an unknown reason, resulting in a crash with a commercial vehicle. PSP said the crash happened on Route 6 west of its intersection with Bailey Road in Sullivan Township.
