A Traverse City-area kombucha company is expanding this year with a new bottling line that will triple its output of the tea-based fermented beverage. Owned by husband-and-wife duo Steve and JC Bailey, Bailey’s Farms LLC produces 81,000 bottles of kombucha yearly. The Baileys, who serve as the only employees of the small business, hope to boost annual production to more than 240,000 bottles with the addition of a new line this year.
