A Kent County judge sentenced Kimberley St. Onge to a minimum of 16 months in prison and a maximum of 10 years on each of three counts of embezzlement from a vulnerable adult. Cartiyae Pascal was arraigned Tuesday on a count of open murder and a weapons charge in the death of Amillier Penn, Grand Rapids Police Department Chief Eric Winstrom confirmed. Winstrom said he is being charged as an adult.
