The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity
Shares) Regulations, 2021 (Delisting Regulations) sets out a
detailed mechanism for promoters to delist listed companies while
ensuring that all public shareholders are provided a fair and
equitable exit. Under the erstwhile regime, the exit price was
determined through a reverse book building (RBB) process based on
the prices at which bids were placed by public shareholders as they
deemed fit.

Regulations, 2023 (2023 Amendment) (discussed here and here) to the Securities Exchange Board of
India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 (LODR)
marked a paradigm shift in the disclosure requirements for listed
entities.

It’s a well-known fact that the third-party cookie won’t be an alternative for targeting ads much longer. If Google had been able to find a solution to replace it, we would have left the third-party cookie behind us already. It still works, mostly in Chrome. The other browsers have already blocked the third-party cookie. Now Google says 1% of the traffic in Chrome will shortly be without third-party cookies. A future completely without third-party cookies is getting closer.
