    In a back-and-forth MSHSAA Class 5 semifinal, Helias girls basketball fell just short of punching its ticket to the Class 5 championship game, falling 47-44 to St.Teresa's Academy on Friday at Mizzou Arena. After a low scoring first half, the Crusaders finally caught fire. Junior guard Jayli Howell fought through contact as she went up for a contested layup and got the and-1, tying the game at 25-25 with 3:35 left in the third quarter.
