    The Montgomery City Council voted Tuesday, June 3 to restore the public-private partnership of the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, ending a two-year fight between the city and the arts association. Bill Ford, who serves as the president of both the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts Association and the City Museum Board, explained the move as the city's promise to maintain the building and grounds and leave the management of the exhibitions to the association.
