SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse Police Sergeant Tom Blake said there is a lot of training the public may not know about when it comes to arrests and compliance. “We train this all the time in the police academy setting,” Sgt. SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — Every morning for tenants in building three at Nob Hill Apartments has been the same since March 28. They keep waking up with no hot water running. After experiencing a slew of problems, people are currently being forced to go somewhere else to shower and wash their clothes due to a failed water pump. Eight-month tenant Melissa O’Hare has three children to get ready for school every day. But since her hot water turned off, O’Hare said it has been an uphill battle.
