DUNMORE, Pa. — No matter the holiday, no matter the time of year, it is hard not to get into the spirit of the season at Nibbles & Bits on Blakely Street in Dunmore. Now the countdown is on for one of the candy store's favorites: Easter. "Much more chocolate heavy, so we're definitely preparing all the different chocolate items. Last year on Home and Backyard we featured our Chicky Oreo Pop so that's been a really popular item again this year," said General Manager Jason Pozniak Nibbles & Bits.

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. — In this week's 16 To The Rescue, we meet a cat who just loves being a cat, doing all the stereotypical cat things. "He is a little sweet and spicy, so he definitely needs a cat-savvy adopter. But we love him, and he's just such a good boy," said Keara Klose, Cats in Bloom. He may be a little bit of both, but it's the sweet side that always wins out.

SCRANTON, Pa. — In this week's 16 To The Rescue, we meet a senior cat whose owner could no longer care for him. "He'll be a cat that kind of hangs out with you while you're watching TV, sitting down, from what I understand, he's been a lap cat," said Katrina Organ with St. Cats and Dogs of Nay Aug Zoo. A lap cat for quite some time, the 11-year-old boy has had a wonderful life, living in the same home forever. Shadow is a newer resident at St. Cats and Dogs of Nay Aug Zoo in Scranton.

PENNSYLVANIA, USA — It might be a cliche, but there is a reason we say March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb. This March, we hit 60 degrees here in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania for the first time this year. Then we hit 70 degrees for the first time. Then, in Central PA, we even hit 80.

HONESDALE, Pa. — Inside Weis Markets near Honesdale, there is a sign hanging on the wall that says 'Jackpot Sold Here,' and it has been the talk of the town lately. "There's a sign right on the side of the courtesy counter that said they had a $2.5 or $2.7 million winner, and I keep looking at it like, 'oh man, I hate this guy right now. That's not fair, that should have been me.' But it's been there a while, I didn't know no one claimed it," said Jack Crowley, Honesdale.
