It led to the arrests of the boy’s mother and her boyfriend, who are now facing murder charges. It led to the arrest of the child’s mother and her boyfriend, who are now facing murder charges. Ethan Aguerro said he had been trying for weeks to see his son, Kano Aguerro, but contact with the boy’s mother, 20-year-old Angelina Vasquez, became increasingly difficult. New court documents show the sexual relationship between Marquez, a married father of two, and a 16-year-old girl began in December 2024 and continued through late April, when the investigation was launched.
