Since 2007, Irma Hart has made it her mission to help build confidence in young girls in the community. Despite retiring in 2011, she hasn't let that stop her from running 'Body Works' or a black history program at Wilcox Elementary.

Graduates of Yakima County's Drug Court program were recognized on Thursday night as local leaders and those behind the program spoke on what drug court is all about and the impact it's had on those struggling with addiction. YAKIMA, Wash. -- Several fire crews from Yakima County are trying to contain a big brush fire. The fire is burning along Sli road outside of Sunnyside. According to Yakima County Fire District Five, between 1,500 and 2,000 wood and plastic bins caught on fire. Crews from several departments are fighting the fire. So far, not much information has been released so it's unclear how many acres have burned so far or if any homes or buildings are threatened.
