PORTLAND, Ore. — A Portland mother, who told KGW she was shot at by a stranger last summer while holding her baby, expressed frustration on Tuesday. The suspect pleaded guilty to a single lesser charge after evidence was suppressed and other charges were dismissed. Last August, 41-year-old Cecil Rayford was charged with two counts of attempted murder after he pulled a gun on Cassie Gepford and her daughter.

ORCHARDS, Wash. — Employees arrived at Orchards Feed Store arrived Monday morning to find out someone had cut through three deadbolts in the middle of the night to steal two baby goats from their outdoor enclosure. "They definitely knew what they were doing. It was all pre-planned. They knew what they wanted. They came in, stayed in certain areas. I don't think they realized we had cameras everywhere," said General Manager Matthew Beckley.
