MILWAUKIE, Ore. — Four people who beat and robbed an Oak Grove grocery store manager in February pleaded guilty in Clackamas County Circuit Court for their roles in the attack and were sentenced to prison. Devante Georgio Santos, Angela Lynn Sterba and David Brandon Harris assaulted the manager of the Grocery Outlet at 15810 Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard in Milwaukie as Santos stole phone chargers, snacks and Red Bull energy drinks from the store.

PORTLAND, Ore. — The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) is seeking the public's help to locate two parents who failed to surrender to authorities after pleading guilty to charges related to their child's non-fatal fentanyl overdose. De'Lone Kelley and Samantha Smith pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree and criminal mistreatment in the first degree following an incident at their Southeast Portland apartment that left their 3-year-old son with a severe brain injury, according to police.

GRESHAM, Ore. — A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by a car Sunday evening, according to the Gresham Police Department. The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on Northeast 162nd Avenue near Wasco Street, Gresham police said in a post on socials. Officers said the pedestrian, who is an adult, was not in a crosswalk at the time of the crash. They were taken to a hospital as a trauma entry and remain in critical condition.
