Thirteen out of 50 health-care providers across multiple clinics in the Fort Collins area left the organization in the past week.

GREELEY, Colo. — Greeley Police rolled out a new initiative aimed at improving crime-fighting efforts and boosting public safety in the city. The Real-Time Information Center, launched mostly in November, aggregates footage from various cameras around town, allowing officers and technicians to monitor incidents as they unfold. The center is located in Fire Station No. 6, but the goal is for it to eventually be in the police department.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — The popular Japanese retail chain Daiso is making its way to Colorado, which includes a record-breaking debut in Fort Collins. The new store there drew customers from surrounding states, including Kansas, Nebraska, and Montana. Daiso, a global, value-driven store based in Japan, has expanded its footprint in the U.S. with nearly 6,000 locations worldwide, with about 200 in the United States. The company’s first store in Colorado opened in Fort Collins.

On Monday, hundreds of people gathered outside Rocky Mountain National Park to protest the reported layoffs of U.S. Forest Service and National Park Service that happened on Thursday, as reported from Denver Gazette news partner 9News. The protest started around 10 a.m., and lasted for several hours. People gathered to voice their support for the Forest Service and National Park Service employees. Many people were out protesting for personal reasons, like 11-year-old Stori Adams.

The "Sweetheart City" has been spreading love worldwide, one unique stamp at a time. Every year, thousands of letters and cards arrive at the Loveland Post Office and at the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, all eager for a touch of something special. Volunteers add a personalized “Valentine” stamp to each piece of mail.
