Panama City Fla. (WMBB) – It’s another beautiful day across the area with temperatures starting out in the 40s and 50s this morning with clear skies that will stay clear all day long. Gulf water temperatures have cooled slightly, now ranging from the upper 60s nearshore to about 70–71° offshore—unseasonably chilly for this time of year due to a mild spring. So far, we’ve only had one truly hot week this spring season.
