Everything is getting more expensive and money gets tighter and tighter. I went to the dollar store the other day to get supplies for a yard sale I'm doing this weekend, and as I looked around I noticed something. Does your car need an oil change? We're always running around living our busy lives, and sometimes we forget about these things. If your car does need an oil change, today is the day to do it in Bismarck. Every summer, to help kick off the season, the Bismarck Larks host a series of Valvoline Instant Oil Change Parties. I decided to put together a list of the "Unwritten Rules of the Office in North Dakota". Let's dive in. 1. Food = Go Away Don't talk to me while I'm eating. If I'm at my desk chowing down on a sandwich, go away. You're ruining the lunch I'm barely taking.

I'm up 10 pounds… looks like 20. Hi, 👋 I’m short.
