    GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - Heavy downpours drenched much of our region Friday. Flash flooding affected end-of-the-week plans in Greenup County. Dennis Callihan lives along state Route 693 in Wurtland, which was covered with water in a couple spots after water from a creek came out of its banks “It does get over the road sometimes, but nothing like this in quite a while,” Callihan said. Charleston attorney Ben Salango’s firm is one of three representing patients in the case.     HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A family is grieving after the death of a 2-year-old boy in Huntington. Marquis James-Guy had just turned 2 in April. “He was giggling and smiling all the time,” his grandfather Eddie Eskew said. Eskew lives in Clarksburg and says he Facetimed with Marquis regularly. “He just listened very well and was a very well-behaved baby,” Eskew said.
