The owner of a bakery in Carson, California, is cleaning up the mess caused by a transient woman who broke into his store and caused extensive damage. SEATTLE — After a decades-long push, Indians and Indian Americans are celebrating the arrival of the first Indian consulate in the Pacific Northwest. While Indians in the region have been advocating for the consulate for years, India first announced their plans to open an office in Seattle seven years ago.
