A lawsuit filed late last week in federal court seeks to upend those laws. It was brought by a group of plaintiffs that includes women who have had abortions they say weren’t voluntary, anti-abortion organizations, and “crisis pregnancy centers,” which council clients against having abortions.

    The annual Minnesota State High School League Prep Bowl football championships are this weekend. Teams from from the smallest schools in class 1A to the largest schools in class 7A will be played Friday and Saturday at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. Staples-Motley High School has not been to the state championship since 1988 and has never won it. The team is looking to change that stat this year.
