Salvy got doubled off at 1B on a shallow pop-up to left field caught by 2B Gabriel Arias. Hard read, but on the slide back to first, looked like Salvy jammed his fingers on his left hand. Got checked out by a trainer in the dugout. Salvy seemed to shake it off. #Royals
