Officers responded to the scene of Community Park — just north of UC Davis — around 3 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.     Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man on suspicion of committing — and recording himself performing — numerous sex crimes against children, officials said this week. Detectives from the Sacramento Valley Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force identified Sacramento resident Adam Fitzgerald Williams, 39, as the holder of an account uploading videos and images of child pornography.
