INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Fever head into the second year of the Caitlin Clark era with a new head coach in Stephanie White. White was the head coach of the Connecticut Sun for the past two seasons, but she has plenty of Indiana ties. She went to high school in West Lebanon. She went to college at Purdue, where she won a National Championship in 1999. She played four seasons with the Fever. White also won the 2012 WNBA title as an assistant coach with the Fever.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — Purdue men’s basketball announced they will host an Alumni Game on August 2 at Mackey Arena. This is the sixth time that Purdue will have an Alumni Game. The game will be free to attend and it will start at noon. “We look forward to the Alumni Game every time we have it and hope to welcome back so many great representatives of Purdue Basketball,” head coach Matt Painter said in a statement.
