Weather satellite captured an eddy swirling off the Bay Area coast on Tuesday. Another eddy could form Wednesday, leading to a difficult-to-predict cloud and fog pattern in the Bay Area. Baron/LynxFog made an unusually early retreat from San Francisco on Monday and Tuesday, leaving the city basking in sunshine.
