The crash was reported around 1 a.m. Friday close to the intersection of East 96th Street and Woodlands Drive, not far from the Marion-Hamilton County. Fishers Police Department confirmed one person died in the crash. No other information was immediately available.

London (CNN) — British comedian and actor Russell Brand pled not guilty to multiple charges of rape and sexual assault at a court in London on Friday. In April, 49-year-old Brand was charged with one count of rape, one count of indecent assault, and one count of oral rape, as well as two counts of sexual assault. The charges relate to four separate women. The alleged assaults took place between 1999 and 2005. He previously denied all the allegations. A trial date has been scheduled for June 3, 2026.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The outbreak of avian influenza that began in Indiana more than three years ago has ended, state officials announced Thursday. “Indiana may be declared free from highly pathogenic avian influenza as of May 27, according to standards set by the World Organization for Animal Health,” the Indiana Board of Animal Health said in a release.

Prosecutor Ryan Mears and his staff will host two clinics at Northwestway Park, 5253 W. 62nd St., on Thursday, June 5. The event is open to children 8 – 12. YOUTH AGES: 8 – 9 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. YOUTH AGES: 10 – 12 from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.The soccer clinics are a good way to connect with young people and their families, the prosecutor’s office said in a release.
