Metal grunge/'90s metal legends Alice in Chains have canceled their summer tour, including their Friday night main stage show at Welcome to Rockville, according to a post on X, formerly known as Twitter. The band canceled their concert at Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut at the last minute Thursday night because drummer Sean Kinney experienced a medical emergency.

Port Orange Police have identified the man who shot two Walgreens' employees and then turned the gun on himself as 60-year-old Daniel Lee Asseff. The incident took place Wednesday night, May 7, 2025, around 5:30 p.m. at the Port Orange Walgreens store located at 1625 Taylor Road. In a Thursday morning press release, police said officers arrived at the store's parking lot and saw Asseff in his vehicle.
