MAGNOLIA, Ark. -- The American Legion season has arrived, and the Texarkana Indians got off to a strong start. The Texarkana team opened its season in Magnolia on Tuesday, taking on Arkansas Pulpwood at Southern Arkansas University. Still missing multiple players because of the high school playoffs, the Indians stepped up and got key performances in an 8-6 win to begin the season 1-0. The Indians used a plethora of pitchers in the win, starting with Jefferson's Brayden Clark.
