    TEXARKANA, Ark. -- A pair of Arkansas High softball players earned postseason recognition. Macie Lee and Aniya Arnold have been two of the Lady Backs' big names during their careers, and they have plenty of honors and stats that show their success at Arkansas High. And they added to those honors at the end of the 2025 season. Both Lee and Arnold received recognition from the Arkansas Activities Association, getting named to the 5A All-State team.

    TEXARKANA, Texas -- The Triumph Football League championship game will feature the Tri-City Silverbacks once again. Coming off of a loss in last season's championship game, the Silverbacks will be looking to take home the title this time around after securing the second spot in the TFL championship against the Arkansas Kings later this month. The Silverbacks entered the postseason with a 7-1 record and earned the No. 2 seed in the playoffs by a decent margin over the teams behind them.
