Gosger looked like the winner of the 150th Preakness Stakes when he pulled away to a five-length lead in the stretch, but he was ultimately run down by the gritty Journalism in an "impossible" performance. Gosger lost nothing in defeat, trainer Brendan Walsh said, and though Walsh decided to skip the Belmont Stakes, he confirmed to the Daily Racing Form this week that Gosger will be pointed to the Grade 1 Haskell Stakes on at Monmouth Park on July 19.
