Aurora council has adjusted its zoning guidelines for a proposal for four 12-storey apartment buildings at the corner of Industrial Parkway and Wellington Street. The zoning amendment allows for an increase in the allowed height of seven storeys and density for the project totalling totalling 948-units.

Several councillors had raised concerns about the impact to taxpayers of deferring development charges during a committee of the whole meeting April 8.
