Decatur's inaugural 2nd on 2nd event, originally scheduled for May, has been pushed back a month, one of the organizers confirmed Friday morning. They created the event to replace the recently canceled 3rd Friday Downtown. “Things were just not lining for us quickly enough,” Pitts said.
