A Clark County jury unanimously found a Vancouver man not guilty of assault and inflicting shaken baby syndrome on his then-infant son in 2022. The Clark County Superior Court jury returned the Friday verdict on a first-degree assault charge against Rickie D. Williams, 24. Trial began last week, and jurors began deliberating around noon Wednesday, taking a break Thursday because the courthouse was closed for the Juneteenth holiday.
